Terms and Conditions

To confirm a place on the course a deposit of £500 is required, followed by 3 equal instalments of the remainder to be received by us as cleared funds prior to each of the 3 weekends on which the course is due to be held.

For all telephone payments credit card and debit card details will be not be stored and details will need to be re-presented by vendor for any further purchases.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you have to cancel an agreed booking this must be notified to us in writing and the cancellation fees will apply as set out below.

Notice Given

Less than one month - cancellation fee 75%
Less than 3 months - cancellation fee 50%
More than 3 months - full refund

Any other claims for refunds must be received in writing within a week of the final day of the course.

Alternatively a substitute delegate can be provided.
